Myspace scroll box sort of thing?

ok. well you know how when theres a question and a box is next to it and says "Choose one." and you click the little arrow head that points down and a list appears of choices. kind of like whaen u change ur mood on myspace and a list shows up that say "is eating" or "is in your extended network." well how do i get one of those to put on my profile like for my music,heros,televison,books sections please help.
