im kinda worried, i dont want to be in too much trouble. i want to b safer in myspace.. any tips, i already made my myspace on private. anything else i could do?

Another thing is not give out any information that could lead you back to your school, home or anywhere you normally hang out at. Don't give out your phone number, address, or anything to anyone on there. Also don't give out your password to anyone but the normal homepage. If someone acting as Tom asks for it, don't give it to them. Oh and one more thing, there is no such thing as a profile tracker so don't click on it AT ALL!!! It's just a way to get your myspace page hacked into.

as long as it's set to ''private'' that should be ok, plus if you're notdoing anything illegal , then there shouldn't be much to worry about, let alone to get you into trouble.

Setting it to private is about all you can do to be safe. If your that worried about it just dont have one.

Get rid of all the people you don't actually know. Also change your age and location to something like 30 and the State Penn

if you want to be really safe:

*dont accept random adds

*dont respond to messages from people you dont know

*change all your stats to made up ones/inaccurate

*dont put your last name on profile; or anything else like that.

*if your friend comments you with a location eg where to meet on the wkend, delete it after its read: your friends can view your comments even if theyre hidden and you don't know who some of the people in your friends lists are sometimes..

just use common sense and stay away from people you don't know.
