No, but there use to be a safety hole that myspace didn't fix for awhile that you could use special codes to see them. Due to privacy matters,myspace fixed the problem,and it is no longer possible.

However you can see anyone's song %26amp; top friends if you are a firefox user,and click "no page style" (some codes block you from seeing top friends on myspace, it is possible,but not many people know how.)

The best thing you could do,is find someone that is on their friends list, contact them,and meet with them to see their profile,or ask them about the user. Good Luck.

No, you can not. I have tried before and the only time I have been able to view somebody's profile was from my friend's account.
