You can't

You have to be that person's friend.

But there is a way to view someone who is one of your friends' own friends. :]

First of all, you get their firendID for example:

25345435 %26lt;===that is just a random number i chose.

then go to YOUR friends. Your OWN. then copy the address.

this is another random one. then take the friend id and replace it

See, i took out the 68726162, and replaced it with the 25345435.

Then just take the new address and put it on your adress bar and click "go".
