Im not sure exactly what you mean..but heres a guess. Put this code in your "About Me" section to hide your extended network banner:

.extendedNetwork {display:none;}

td.text br {display:none;}

.profileInfo td.text br, td.text table br {display:inline;}

%26lt;/style%26gt;

This will set your profile to Private.:

Go into Edit Profile%26gt;Account Settings%26gt;Privacy%26gt;click on Profile Viewable By%26gt;My friends only

To hide your "online status:

%26lt;style%26gt;

.ImgOnlineNow, .profileInfo td.text div img {display:none;}

%26lt;/style%26gt;

Put all these codes in About Me section

there is no such thing as "truly private" on myspace

but if you want to hide your extended network, you can use this

.extendedNetwork {display:none;}
