Why can people see my Myspace profile even though it's set to private?

My Dad says he can see my profile even though I have it set to private and he was not logged in to any account.

He gave me a description of my whole profile to prove to me that he could see it and I know he doesn't have any kind of software to somehow make him see myspaces or anything like that.

I have had a lot of experience with this, so I know that I'm doing nothing wrong when I say that I know I set my profile to private, only allowing friends to see it.

So how is it that my dad and others can see it and what can I do to stop this?

well a few days back myspace started this some thing that uptill a certain date last month people can view 2 private profiles a day it was for parents who wanted to view their kids profile mainly.

maybe back then he saw it somethin.

cookies and temp files does not matter, however the only other way is like that top contributer chick says.

Perhaps he knows some, or one, of the people on your friends list. If you add someone you don't know, it coulda been your dad, posing as someone else. One thing is for sure, if he's able to see your profile, he's obviously gotten ahold of at least one account on your friends list.

ur dads playing a trick on you he probably has a fake acount in one of ur added friends
