well there was a way not that any of these people knew how to do it but it was patched it was a simple url modification but myspace patched it so untill another exploit is found your outta luck this is the one that used to work For pictures:

You cannot view the pics if they are set to "private" unless you are his/her friend.

Without being their friend, you could try doing a search. You do a search for their profile name in Google. In most cases it should turn up a few pictures. But you still wont have access to all of them.
